1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and LuckAce ("LuckAce," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the LuckAce website, mobile application, and all associated gaming and betting services (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the LuckAce Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered players, visitors, and any other persons who access the Platform in any manner.

LuckAce reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, LuckAce will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To be eligible to register and use the LuckAce Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally permitted;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of LuckAce, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with LuckAce or any other gaming operator;
• You have not previously had a LuckAce account terminated for cause;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. LuckAce reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the information provided at any time. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.

3. Account Management

Each player is permitted to maintain only one active account on the LuckAce Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. LuckAce employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended or permanently closed, and any balances or pending withdrawals may be voided.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. LuckAce will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You agree to notify LuckAce immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. LuckAce reserves the right to suspend your account pending investigation of any suspected security breach.

LuckAce may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend or close any account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used in breach of these Terms, in connection with fraudulent activity, or in a manner that poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

LuckAce accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) through the following approved payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at LuckAce's discretion.

All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. LuckAce does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be returned to the source, and the associated player account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. LuckAce reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• GCash / PayMaya: Typically processed within 24 hours of approval;
• BPI / BDO / Metrobank bank transfer: Typically processed within 1–3 business days of approval;
• Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.

LuckAce does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which LuckAce accepts no responsibility. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account.

5. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the LuckAce Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are independently audited by third-party testing laboratories. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all games are disclosed within the game information section of each title.

By participating in any game or placing any wager on the LuckAce Platform, you acknowledge and accept that:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems and are not subject to manipulation by LuckAce or any third party;
• The house edge is a built-in feature of all casino games, and LuckAce does not guarantee any specific outcome or return;
• Decisions made by the game system are final and binding, subject only to the dispute resolution process set out in these Terms;
• Technical malfunctions void all pays and plays. In the event of a game malfunction, LuckAce will investigate and, where appropriate, restore affected accounts to their pre-malfunction state;
• LuckAce reserves the right to void any wager placed in error or as a result of a technical error in the display of odds, game rules, or payout information.

Sports betting markets offered on LuckAce, including PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, and international football, are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. These rules are available within the sports betting section of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

LuckAce offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each promotion, which will be clearly stated at the point of offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise specified:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed registration and identity verification;
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per IP address unless otherwise stated;
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash;
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonus funds that remain subject to wagering requirements at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited;
• LuckAce reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice;
• Any player found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will have their bonus cancelled and may have their account suspended.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the LuckAce Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time;
• Creating or operating more than one account on the Platform;
• Using the Platform in connection with any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated system to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players;
• Exploiting any bug, error, or vulnerability in the Platform software. Any such vulnerability must be reported to LuckAce immediately;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the operation of the Platform or the experience of other players;
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment.

8. Responsible Gaming

LuckAce is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this area seriously. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. These tools are accessible directly from your account settings at any time.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the LuckAce Platform — including but not limited to the LuckAce name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of LuckAce or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of LuckAce.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LuckAce shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

LuckAce's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your LuckAce account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

LuckAce does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. LuckAce will use reasonable endeavours to maintain Platform availability but accepts no liability for any interruption, suspension, or termination of service.

11. Termination

You may close your LuckAce account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

LuckAce reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction. In such cases, LuckAce may withhold any funds pending investigation and, where fraud or criminal activity is confirmed, may forfeit such funds and refer the matter to the appropriate authorities.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact LuckAce's customer support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. LuckAce will use reasonable endeavours to resolve any complaint or dispute within 14 business days of receipt. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may escalate the matter through the appropriate regulatory or judicial channels.
